He was quickly promoted to a customer care specialist due to his excellent handling of customer files and their requests.

Before long, he was made an assistant mortgage broker.

Aided by his extensive knowledge of lender policies and his flair for handling customer queries, it was simply a matter of time before he would become a mortgage broker.
