Jenish’s previous role was as a broker support officer working directly under senior mortgage brokers at Home Loan Experts.

As a result, he has developed an intimate knowledge of how to package a mortgage application so it gets assessed by the bank the first time around.

He recognises the pain points for customers in the application process so has made it his focus to stay on top of lending policies as they change for both major and second-tier banks.

Jenish prides himself on delivering smooth and seamless customer service throughout the loan process with no hiccups.
