Sunish’s background

Sunish joined HLE as a loan processing specialist back in 2018. Soon after, he moved to the Customer Care department and worked in close proximity with the clients. He then received a promotion to Senior Credit Analyst (CA) and worked a few years in that position.

Sunish successfully landed as a mortgage broker after four years of experience in different departments. With his knowledge and experience in different niches, he is now confidently supporting clients so they can make the right financial decisions. Sunish has also been helping the customer support and credit team handle enquiries for new home loans, process and submit loan applications and assess the credit of clients. And his work involves following up on credit, settlement, existing enquiries and post-settlement enquiries.

He is dedicated to enhancing the existing processes by attending relevant training courses.
