Additionally, Mohit assigns a Loan Processing Staff (LPS) member to each client to provide regular updates. Once the loan is submitted, the LPS team engages by contacting banks to expedite the process, aiming for a quicker resolution. They typically respond to client inquiries within the same business day.
Mohit also offers access to an exceptional post-settlement Customer Care Team. This team proactively reviews the client’s loan annually, negotiating interest rates through repricing, providing free property reports, and addressing post-settlement queries within the same business day. Clients can also contact the team to negotiate interest rates before the annual review, switch from variable to fixed loans, adjust repayment dates, or resolve other post-settlement concerns.
