Difficult to finance properties in NSW & the ACT

Financing unusual properties and units isn't as easy as financing a row of housesThis page is a list of known properties in NSW & the ACT that may not be acceptable to all lenders as security for a mortgage. You may still be able to apply and get approved for a home loan or investment loan, however you will need to do your research and apply with the right bank for that property.

How can you finance your property?

How to find out the bank policy your property
