Mortgage Broker, Tina Pham
Tina has been in the mortgage industry since 2002. She started her career working for Australian Finance Solutions (a mortgage originator) who specialises in bad credit and non conforming loans.
She then moved on to work for GE money (a non bank lender) first as an Credit Manager then as an Audit and Risk Executive in their Asset Management Team. This role enabled her to gain extensive insights into how lenders view the risks associated with different types of loan applications.
More recently she has also worked with a few of the major banks including St George and Citibank as a senior underwriter and have held the authority to approve loans up to $1,000,000.
She brings with her a wealth of knowledge and expertise from every aspect of mortgages, from procedures through to policy. Her major strength is her in depth knowledge of how mortgage originators, non bank lender and the major banks operate and assess risk. She therefore knows her way around a lender’s score card (credit scoring) and is able to mitigate all the risk aspects of your application to ensure your loan gets approved – first time, every time!
She joined the Home Loan Experts team in January 2010 and has continually proved her dedication and commitment to helping our customers secure finance to either purchase their dream home or increase their property investment portfolio.
