Isma is a seasoned mortgage professional who has been active within the industry for over a decade. Over the years Isma’s prime focus has been to carefully understand her clients’ requirements to ensure that she gives them the best mortgage options to suit their needs.
Isma’s career to date boasts a vast level of experience within top-tier banks as well as specialised third party lenders. In recent times, her role at St. George Bank saw her in an underwriting position with a $1.5 million Delegated Lending Authority (DLA). Furthermore, her experience working at third party lender Resimac, has exposed Isma to loans of a difficult and non-standard nature. Her ultimate goal is to seek approvals for her clients who would otherwise have found it difficult to attain an approval through the traditional channels.
Isma has a strong understanding of the lending and credit processes within the big banks. She was heavily involved with the National Australia Bank Development Academy in her role as Performance Coach. This role saw Isma training and auditing NAB’s credit staff in Australia, as well developing the credit operational procedures for the bank.
Isma joined the Home Loan Experts team in 2011, and in her time here she has utilised her previous experience dealing with lenders to get her clients the best available options in the marketplace. Her time in credit, as well as underwriting, has given Isma a unique balance of skills. This is why her clients have the confidence that they are dealing with someone who not only knows the ins and outs of the industry, but someone who can deliver the best options available.
