As a specialist mortgage broker, we strive to match our customers with the home loan that suits their needs. With our lending panel, we offer:
  • More choice
  • Free bank valuations
  • Access to specialist lenders
When applying for a home loan it is important to shop around. Luckily, we do that for you, with access to over 45 lenders and over 300 loan products. This means that you will be getting the most competitive loan package with a lender that suits your needs! As mortgage brokers, we have built up a very reputable name in the finance industry and have very close relationships with both major banks and non-conforming lenders. Because of this, we have the largest selection of home loan packages available on the market.

Which financial institutions do we use?

We have access to loan products from:
  • Major banks.
  • Building societies, credit unions and regional banks.
  • Non-conforming and specialist lenders.
  • Private lenders.
We know the lending criteria of most banks and lending institutions and can make sure that your situation ticks all of their boxes before we submit your application. By doing this, we maximise your chances of getting approval.

How do we offer more choice?

Did you know that many mortgage brokers have limitations on the lenders that they can deal with? This is because their head broker group does not allow them to submit loans to particular lenders, often because that lender pays low commissions. In particular, many other brokers cannot work with NAB and cannot deal with specialist lenders including MKM Capital, La Trobe, RedZed and Auswide. This means that they may not be able to get your loan approved, even though they know which lender can help you!
  • We can work with any lender that works with mortgage brokers.
  • We are accredited with NAB, MKM Capital, La Trobe, RedZed & Auswide, which few mortgage brokers have access to.
  • We can deal with a range of private lenders.

Free bank valuations

We have negotiated with several of our lenders to allow us to order a valuation of your property before we even submit your loan application. This means that we can avoid your loan being declined due to a low valuation and we can avoid damaging your credit file with multiple applications. For more information please refer to our free bank valuation page.

Which is the best home loan lender in Australia?

We want to make sure that you can comfortably repay your loan. We are always looking to help you reduce the cost of your mortgage, whether by changing your loan to a fixed rate or helping you refinance to a more competitive lender with lower pricing. Finding the right lender involves us finding out which ones you qualify with, what your needs are, and then recommending several suitable home loans from our lenders. You can then choose which lender you prefer. Under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCP) act we can be penalised or have our credit licence cancelled if we recommend an unsuitable loan. So you can have confidence in our recommendations. In the future, your needs may change and we may work together to renegotiate your loan with the lender or refinance to a lender that is a better fit for your situation.

Which lenders do we use?

Don’t limit yourself to just one lender, when you can work with over 45!

We can help you negotiate better interest rates and get your home loan approved faster with these lenders.
