Home Loan Experts may invite customers to complete a customer feedback survey.
Eligible customers who complete a customer feedback survey will automatically be entered into the monthly prize draw.
This promotion is designed to help Home Loan Experts collect customer feedback and improve its services.
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who receive and complete a Home Loan Experts customer feedback survey.
Employees, contractors, officers and immediate family members of Home Loan Experts or related entities are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility before awarding the prize.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible customers must complete a Home Loan Experts customer feedback survey.
There is no entry fee.
A customer’s feedback may be positive, neutral or negative. The content or rating of the feedback does not affect the customer’s chance of winning.

One (1) winner will be selected each month to receive:

The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

8. Draw
A random draw will be conducted once each calendar month from all eligible entries received during that month.
The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.

10. Unclaimed Prize
If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of notification, Home Loan Experts reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
The redraw winner will be contacted by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the redraw.
11. Privacy
Home Loan Experts will collect and use entrants’ personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, contacting the winner, delivering the prize and managing customer feedback.
