Wow, I am blown away by how good Ayush & Prakash are.

I’ve bought and sold 7 houses and never met mortgage brokers as good as these guys. The most impressive part is they know how banks operate and they got all the information needed to prepare my case so I wouldn't fail and the banks would not decline my application.

Every time I called them they answered the phone and my emails. Nothing was ever a problem for them. As you know there is nothing more frustrating than someone not replying or calling you back when you know they can see you are trying to contact them.

It's difficult to put into words just how grateful we are for the time and effort given to us by Robert Mo (our broker) and Ganga Manandhar (broker support) from Home Loan Experts.

We are a typical young family with good jobs and a child and renting a good home for our family. Just a big thanks to Preeti and Sanij for arranging miracles over the New Year and enabling us to finally get our house after a two year hiatus.

We have been trying to refinance our current mortgage for the past 5 months with other Mortgage broker and ended up giving up as the current broker was not very attentive to our needs and had negative outcome and could not get loan sorted out.

Our bank wasn't willing to discuss with us regarding loan as we went through a broker, most of the banks communicate via the broker even after settlement. It was such a mess as our settlement date was also missed and we end up paying penalty for late settlement and also we have four different repayment schedules set up with our broker which he did not consolidate our construction and land loan payments.
