Australian lenders see doctors as low risk borrowers with high incomes. Some of our lenders really want your business and are willing to go the extra mile to get it!

The size of the interest rate discount will depend on:

  • Which industry association you are a member of.
  • Your income.
  • The size of your loan.

Get LMI waived and accelerate your investment portfolio!

Normally, if you borrow more than 80% of the property value then the lender will charge you a fee known as Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI). This can be quite expensive and works out to be around $24,000 for a 90% loan on a $1,000,000 property.

Some of our lenders can waive LMI for doctors, allowing you to buy multiple investment properties or to get your foot into the property market sooner!


What if I don’t qualify?

If you don’t qualify for waived LMI, we can often still get you an interest rate that’s way below the bank’s Standard Variable Rate (SVR).
