Am I Eligible For An LMI Waiver?

Registered Nurse or Midwife You must be a qualified healthcare worker, not a student or in training.

Earn at least $90,000 a year This is the income threshold required by most lenders offering LMI waivers.

Australian citizen or permanent resident Most lenders require permanent residency or citizenship, though some make exceptions for 482 visa holders who are buying to live in.

Stable employment & income Lenders look for steady income and work history, but we know which ones accept probation or shift-based earnings.
