Refinance hotel loan plus get an investment mortgage

Postby Howard F » Tue Jul 26, 2016 10:11 am

I have paid off my hotel loan to 80% LVR and I would like to refinance it to another lender that can give me a better rate and also a debt consolidation deal. I have been running hotels for a while now and this particular hotel for over two years, with great profits. Now, I also want to buy a $630,000 house at at least 90% LVR. Can Home Loan Experts' brokers help me out here?

Hi Howard F,

Our mortgage brokers have dealt with numerous hotel loan applicants as well as handled many commercial loan refinance deals. So we can definitely help you out.

We will need to talk to different commercial lenders and we have already considered a few that are very likely to approve your loan with a good deal. There are a few lenders that may be able to do your investment loan as well.

There's also the possibility of dropping the LVR on the residential investment loan and increasing it on the commercial. We can also help you secure other features such as an offset account with your loan along with debt consolidation.

If you would like to know more about these then you can check out our website. We can also be reached on 1300 889 743 or you can fill in our free assessment form to see if you qualify for a loan or not.

Cheers,
Otto

Thanks for the quick reply. I will complete the assessment form and wait for one of your brokers to contact me. Bye.
