Is Blue wealth a reputable company?

Post by ronaldtrump »

Hi there brokers, I live in Sydney and I am planning to buy an off the plan property nearby. I am thinking of going through a property investment company rather than searching for a property myself. A friend of mine has recommended this one company called Blue wealth property to me and I am not really sure how reliable they are. Do you have any idea about how reputable they are?

Hi and welcome to the forums ronaldtrump,

We have not read any one else’s review about Blue Wealth Property and neither have we had any clients complaining about them. We have also not met them or looked in to what they offer so it is hard to comment on anything about the company.

However if you are thinking of buying an off the plan property then we can give you some tips which you can follow while searching for a suitable property.

These are as follows:
  • Buy early in the project so that you can get a better price and also choose the best unit in the block.
  • Compare your property with similar properties within the area.
  • Check out what grants are available in the state you are buying in and find out if you are eligible to receive them.
  • Have a look at what is happening in the area.
  • Look at the local council website to see what projects are going on and if there are any new roads or shopping centres being built as these can affect the property prices in the future.
You can have a look at our page for more tips on how to buy property. You can use this to judge the strategy of the investment company and its likely success.

Cheers,
Otto

Okay thanks Otto. I’ll check out the tips on your page. BTW just curious – how much can we borrow to buy such kind of properties?

Hi ronaldtrump,

If you are looking to buy an off the plan property then you can apply for a off the plan loan. The amount you may be able to borrow for this type of loan are as follows:
  • You can borrow up to 95% of the property value if you are a first home buyer. However some restrictions may apply.
  • You can also borrow up to 95% of the property value if you are going to use it as an investment property.
  • You can borrow up to 80% of the property value if you have a low doc.
  • Competitive professional package and basic loan discounts are also available.
If you would like to know whether you qualify for a loan or not then you can fill in our free assessment form or call us on 1300 889 743 enquire online.

Hi, I was reading your post as I saw the name Blue Wealth Property in the title. I personally have bought a property through them and I am a quite satisfied customer. My sister had also found two properties with the help of the same company and she doesn’t have any complain so far. So I wouldn’t worry too much about their reputation.

Oh okay, thanks sailor for sharing your story. I think I will ask around a couple of people and see what the company has to offer before I decide anything.

Hello dvc, although it took them a while, Blue wealth helped me find a property that I liked. So yeah I did buy with them. I wouldn't mind recommending them but I think you'd have a better idea if you'd spend more time getting to know the guys there. As with all such companies, they've got satisfied as well as unsatisfied clients; I'm lucky to be the former ;)
