Hi guys, I see you helping a lot of first home buyers or people trying to be investors but do you guys offer any special services for more experienced property investors?
I currently have over $1.5 million in net assets but I need some professional help with more loans to invest in a few other housing projects. I also have a fulltime job managing my own chain of cafes which is requiring more and more time from me so I have less time to focus on investing.

We can help you reduce your involvement by working directly with your financial advisors so that you do not get to involved directly. We can also hold your documents for you so that it is faster to apply for a loan. We also subscribe to many property data services such as RP Data and Real Estate Investar and can help you by providing area-specific reports to you for free.
As for free bank valuations many of our lenders allow us to order free bank valuations even before the loan application has been submitted which will allow you to go with the lender with the best valuation of your property.
Maximising your borrowing capacity can be done by helping you find the bank who will assess you the most favourable since we know all lending policies of the major lenders.
As experienced mortgage brokers we also know all the lender’s products and their prices which allows us to negotiate the best pricing for your loan. We also have many brokers who have worked for banks previously which lets us present your application in a way that focuses on its merits, especially if you do not meet standard policy.

We have built strong relationships with all these lenders and have a good reputation amongst them. We can also work with other lenders since we are accredited with NAB, MKM Capital, La Trobe, RedZed & Widebay Australia.
We particularly feel that knowing many lenders is very important because this allows us to help you find the most suitable loan product and also increase your chances of approval. At the same time we are also experienced at refinancing and will always be looking at ways to reduce the cost of your home loan.
