Hi RonSimmons,

You can check out our lender reviews section for a whole bunch of expert reviews on different banks and lenders all over Australia including St George Bank as well as ING Bank.

Please note that it's a good idea to go with a lender that can be more conservative for your personal situation.

For example, ING is great at working with mortgage brokers, have lower interest rates on offer for larger deposits and usually provide fast loan approvals, but they have quite possibly the most conservative lending policy in all of Australia.

On the other hand, St George Bank is great for SMSF loans, accepting properties that other lenders may not accept and guarantor loans for first home buyers, but LMI can be expensive if you borrow over 90% LVR and they rarely help people with a bad credit history.

You can check out our website for more info on banks as well as the LMI providers they use. You can also speak with one of our expert mortgage brokers directly on 1300 889 743 or complete our free online assessment form to see if you qualify for a loan or not.

Cheers,
Otto
