Hi TomandHarry,

No genuine savings home loans are available. However, you must meet standard lending criteria involving your employment, credit history, serviceability and proof of your income. Depending on your situation, you may be able to borrow up to: If your deposit is coming from a gift from your parents, you can still qualify, however, not with all lenders because banks don't consider a gift to be the same as a deposit that you have saved yourself since a saved deposit is basically excellent evidence that you're financially responsible and are able to make repayments on a home loan.

You can go through our website for more info or speak with one of our no genuine savings home loan specialists directly by calling 1300 889 743 or enquiring online.

Cheers,
Otto
