What fees should I pay for while buying a house?

Hey there!

I want to buy a house in Adelaide. I am actually thinking about purchasing one that is worth $550,000. I have been told that I should expect to pay for some fees as well as bear some extra costs while buying a house. Does anyone have any idea on what these costs can be?

Can I use a gift from my parents to apply for a home loan?

Hi, I have found a beautiful house which is selling at a pretty reasonable price but I don’t have any savings of myself to apply for a home loan. I don’t know if I can show this as a saving but I was given $15,000 a few months ago by my parents and it has been in my account ever since.

Hi brokers, I used to be the director of a company that was liquidated last year. Re: Which mortgage option is better for me?

Hi I found this thread while googling trying to find ways to compare home loans. I went through the posts above and was able to use the calculators to get some info for my home loans too. BUT one more question for you: how do I decide between a professional package or basic package?

Re: As a permanent resident, can I get a home loan in Austra

Thank you Otto. Yes, we have a house in mind at Port Augusta West, SA 5700 which is priced at $363,900. I’ve already told you that we have saved $100,000 to be used as deposit. I also wanted to know whether I am eligible for First Home Owners Grant?

Thanks.
