Re: Do I qualify for the first home owners grant?

Wow, I’ve learnt a lot more from your post and website in a couple of hours than I’d learnt from everywhere else in over a month! I’ll continue going through your website for now and will call you by the end of this month. Have a good day, Otto :D

Re: Do I qualify for the first home owners grant?

Hi all, I want to apply for the first home buyers grant. I’ve read that I need to provide my identification and additional supporting documents in order to get the grant. I know what identification is but I have no idea what supporting documents I need to provide. Is there anyone who can tell me wha...

Re: Can I get a home loan with my superannuation?

I checked out your website and found it to be very informative. A guarantor home loan does seem like a suitable option for me. Thank you for pointing that out. I’ll give you guys a call as soon as I can. Good day!

Re: Can a veteran on pension get a home loan?

Hi there,

What are the age restrictions mentioned earlier in this thread? I am 45 years old and want to take out a home loan. I have a decent income from a regular job. Can anyone give me suggestions so that I can increase the chances of my loan application being approved?

Re: Can I get a home loan with my superannuation?

Hi everyone,

I already have an SMSF set up and I’d like to use it to take a home loan. I want to borrow more than 80% LVR. Can anyone tell me if it’s possible to borrow 100% LVR using my SMSF?

Re: Can I use equity in my apartment to buy a house?

What are the costs associated with that? I do not have much funds to spare! Also, could you explain a bit more about line of credit? I am not entirely sure what that is.

Oh okay, I didn’t know proceeds from sale could also be taken as genuine savings. Thanks for sharing this. I’ll probably give a call in the and speak to you guys about this in more detail.

Re: Can my rent payment be included as my savings?

Hey, I am also currently renting a two-bedroom flat at $350 a week. I was reading through this thread and I basically want to know about the other form of savings that may be accepted as genuine. Would appreciate if someone could answer this for me. :)

Re: Should I continue renting or buy myself a home?

Hello, I live in an apartment in Dalby and I’m tired of paying rent. I want to take out a home loan to buy a house in the suburbs here. I was told that this forum would help me clear my confusions, which is why I’m here. My friends told me that my source of deposit could affect my LMI premium. Is th...

Re: Can I get a home loan if I have a new job?

Thank you for the information. Why do banks view people with new jobs differently and give us a hard time while getting a loan? It is not like we are not able to repay the loan?

Can I get a home loan if I have a new job?

Hello home loan experts! I have finished my college and have started working for a private firm in Melbourne recently. My annual salary is $51,000 and I am paying almost $400 per week in rent. I was thinking that it would be better for me if I bought my own place instead of renting. There is an apar...
