That’s great to hear. I’m only looking to borrow about 75% of the property price and the bankruptcy was discharged over a year ago.
Also, after checking out your website, I think I’d be more than happy to get help from your experts since they look so awesome I’ll give you a call next week to schedule a meeting with one of your mortgage brokers. Thank you so much for your time. Take care.

Re: Getting a commercial loan despite bad credit
Hi there,
For me, I had to declare bankruptcy a few years back because of an unfortunate incident involving my company. However, that is all in the past and the bankruptcy has already been discharged.
I just want to know how the discharged bankruptcy will influence the interest rate when I apply for a loan?

Hi there,
I am also planning on buying a house and this thread has been interesting to me. However, I am confused about LMI that was mentioned earlier in the thread. Could anyone tell me more about that?

But I am one of those who think having insurance is always better because we don’t know what the future holds for us. I think I will pay the LMI nevertheless.

Sorry to bother you again, but you lost me at the end. What do LVR and LMI mean? Could you explain a bit more about that?

What will the interest on my mortgage be?
Hello home loan experts,
I plan on buying an apartment for about $500,000. I do not know much about buying a house, and am particularly concerned about the interest repayment. So could anyone me how much will I need to pay every month if I go along with the purchase?
Thanks in advance.

Hello, I am planning on buying a house worth $560,000 and I need a loan to complete the purchase. I was reading through your first reply and I am not sure about one thing. You have mentioned that bank can require different documents as a proof of income. Well, I run my own business and I don’t know what documents would be necessary for me to prove my earnings. Can you tell me if I would be required a different document for this?

Well, I do have a couple of thousand dollars saved in my bank account. I will call you up to confirm if this will be enough for the amount of loan I am planning to borrow from the bank. Thanks so much for answering my question. See ya!

Hi there, I am also planning on buying an investment property. When you say 5% to 10% in genuine savings, what exactly do you mean by this?
FYI – I earn about $65,000 a year as a senior manager in a multinational company.

Re: Thinking of investing in Australian property
Hi,
I’m a Japanese national and I’ve just moved to Canberra. My parents are telling me to buy a house instead of wasting money renting an apartment. Is there any way I can get a mortgage? If I can then what will the banks consider when assessing my loan application?

Re: Any possible option to borrow 100% of the property value
Hey, I am actually planning on buying a property for investment purpose. I was reading through this thread and I was quite happy to learn about the guarantor loan. You mentioned that investors can borrow 105% of the value of the investment property. Is it possible to borrow money to buy more than one investment property with the help of a guarantor?
