Re: Low doc loan for self-employed borrower

Your website further helped understand the low doc loan. I’d like to talk with one of your brokers and find a deal that best suits me.
Cheers!

Re: Low doc loan for self-employed borrower

Your reply helped a lot, but what about presenting a guarantor? One of my friends got a guarantor’s mortgage when she applied for her home loan. Anyways, I can ask my mom for an extra deposit of $30000.

Thanks mate.

Wow, your website is really very helpful and informative. Will definitely check it out a bit more before I actually decide on what to buy. Maybe your brokers will help me get a better deal when I actually apply :D

I've been really interested in (1) a snow lease property, and (2) a waterfront property. But I see that banks consider waterfront properties unique and ...

Re: Mortgage to buy an accounting practice

I checked out your links and I really like the home loan discounts that banks offer to accountants. I didn't really know that. I may just take out a home loan as well so will definitely call to find out more. Thanks Otto.

Mortgage to buy an accounting practice

Hi everyone here in the home loan experts forum, I'm posting this thread to ask if there is any type of mortgage out there that I can get to buy an accounting practice. I'm working full-time as an accountant at the moment and I want to buy my friend's accountancy practice and manage it, and maybe ev...
