Hi, I understand that we can only borrow up to 60% of the property value with a petrol station loan. I don't really like that amount and would prefer to borrow more. Any way to do this?

Hi Otto,

I didn't realise a mortgage broker would reply that too this soon. Thanks. I'll try out your calculator in a while. Until then, I'd like you to tell me about whether or not we can use income forecasts when applying for a home loan.
