I need advice on who I need to join (preferably not a bank) to apply for my super. I'm looking to get an index fund but when ever I enquire about an index fund know one knows what I'm talking about.
The reason I don't want to go with a bank is that they ask a minimum deposit of $500 I need a cheaper super than that can anyone help me

smsf and index funds
So I have been doing research and everyone says that an index fund is the best fund for your super but when I call any company that's isn't an expensive bank people either have an index fund but no smsf or they have smsf's and they don't know what an index fund is.
To cut it short can someone help me find a cheap company that will allow me to have an index fund as my superannuation or am I forced to go with a big bank or company and pay a minimum $500 deposit
