Re: Home loan options while on probation

Hi everyone!

I’ve completed college and have JUST started working for a company in Maralinga. I’ve been living in an apartment for my entire adult life so far but my rent has now skyrocketed! I’d rather buy a house for myself and pay for it...

While just looking through a few locations, my girlfriend and I found a nice small house on sale. From what I’ve been seeing everywhere else, I think it’s quite reasonably priced. Since I’ve just started working, can I get a home loan?

Re: Is it possible to get a discount on an interest only loa

I didn’t think you’d reply so quick! Thank you. A friend recommended this forum to me and this is as amazing as he said it was. I’d like to know more about interest only loans. I hope it’ll be okay if I give you a call tomorrow to discuss if this type of loan can benefit me. Cheers!

Re: Is it possible to get a discount on an interest only loa

Hey there,

I logged in the forum to ask about interest only repayments and I learnt a lot through this thread here. However, I still have one question that hasn’t been answered.

How do I know if an interest only loan is suitable for me?

Re: Current status of foreign investment in Australia

Thanks. This has really been very helpful. I’m pretty sure I can qualify for the 90-95% mortgage because I know that I can provide complete income evidence of a strong and stable financial situation. I’ll give you a call by the end of the day or possibly tomorrow to discuss things in detail. Bye :)

Re: Current status of foreign investment in Australia

Hi guys,

I grew up in Dalby but my whole family moved to Spain before I completed school. Now that I’ve completed college and have saved a good amount of money, I’m thinking of moving back to Australia. I want to buy a house soon and maybe rent it out or something before I actually make the move.

Is there any way that I can borrow 80% of the property value or possibly more to buy a house in Australia?

Re: What kind of service station should I buy?

I was just going through your website and I find it to be very informational. I’ll have to weigh in the benefits and drawbacks before I make my final decision on whether or not to buy a service station. It might take me a couple of days to do this. If I do decide to go for it, I’ll definitely give you a call. Cheers!

Re: What kind of service station should I buy?

Thanks for the reply, Otto. It looks like I’m better off entering into a franchise agreement with one of the big boys. For me, the benefits of doing this clearly outweighs purchasing an independent service station.

I’m planning to buy an old service station instead of building a new one. Do you think this is a good idea?

What kind of service station should I buy?

Hello home loan experts,

I’m from Adelaide. I used to own a grocery store which I’d been running for about six years. I sold the store last month because I want to try my hands on some other business. I’ve got a friend who owns a service station in Perth and he said that it’s a profitable investment. That’s why I’m thinking of applying for a loan to purchase a service station.

I was thinking of buying an independent service station but while I was researching a few days back, I found out that there are many service stations which are based on a franchise model.

Do service stations that enter into franchise models have any specific advantages over those that are independent?
