Re: I want to learn a few things about current bank policy

As far as I know, I’m pretty sure I can qualify for a 90% home loan because I meet all of the requirements you’ve listed out. To confirm all this, I’ll be calling you guys by the end of the coming week. Thanks :)

Re: I want to learn a few things about current bank policy

Hi,

I’m also a first home buyer and I was reading a few blog posts and forum posts regarding the first home owners grant when I came upon this thread. It really helped me understand things more. I called my state government and found out that I do indeed qualify. Now, I’d like to know whether or not I’d qualify for a 90% home loan.

Can anyone list out a general eligibility criteria for a 90% home loan?

Re: Are no doc loans not offered anymore?

Thanks for the heads up, mate! I’ll keep that in mind. I was thinking of going directly to a private lender without the help of a broker but now it feels that it’s better to consult one. I’ll give you a call next week to discuss my situation. Cheers!

Re: Are no doc loans not offered anymore?

Hey there,

I’ve been thinking of taking out a no doc loan through a private lender but I’ve heard that the interest rates are very high.

Does anyone here have an idea on how to deal with this particular problem?

Re: What does a hotel loan offer?

Hi Otto,

I’d love to get help from one of your brokers! I’m starting to reconsider the decision since I’m still not sure about a lot of things. I’ll call you tomorrow to fix a suitable time for a meeting. Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I don’t usually use forums like this but it’s been very useful in my opinion. A good experience overall. I’m definitely recommending your services to anyone who needs it! Goodbye :)

Re: What does a hotel loan offer?

Hi Otto,

I don’t have any plans for the business at the moment but the interest rate discounts sound nice. I’ve got another question regarding hotel loans.

I may only be able to afford a leasehold agreement with what I have at the moment. So, can you please tell me if I should consider a short term or long term lease? Thanks in advance.

What does a hotel loan offer?

Hi and good morning,

It’s almost been seven years since I started saving to buy a property for myself. I think I can finally afford a house but only if I take out a home loan. However, that plan changed recently.

You see, my friend owns a club here in Roma. I’ve always envied his lifestyle. After almost six months of considering the idea, I can confidently say that I want to purchase something similar i.e. a live music venue in particular.

It may not be exactly what I want but I’ve heard that they can be very lucrative. But I haven’t got the slightest idea where I need to start. I’d like to know what type of loan would be suitable for this and what it offers. Can anyone help me out with this?
