Thanks for the helpful response. I’ll check out your website then. I’ve still got a few more questions, so I’ll give your office a ring whenever I’m free. Have a good day now.

Re: Buying my first factory

That’s a lot of helpful info there. Thanks so much. I couldn’t really find good info like these while researching so I really appreciate your help, mate.

I’d like to learn more about how zoning for factories work. Honestly, I really don’t know anything about that.

Buying my first factory

Hey,

I’ve been in the fishing business for just over two years now. I’m looking to expand my business and possibly buy a boat and small factory to process the seafood we catch.

I’ve been researching on mortgages for factories but I haven’t come across any concrete information yet. I’m hoping someone here knows a thing or two about this type of loan.

Actually, a friend of mine recommended me to use this forum. Does anyone know how much I can borrow with a factory mortgage? Any relevant information will be much appreciated.

Re: Verifying income through one year’s tax return

Well that’s a buzzkill. I was really hoping to take out a no doc loan… I’ll have a look at your website for now. I’ll call you tomorrow or the day after. Thanks for your help.

Re: Verifying income through one year’s tax return

Yes, it did. I’m glad that there’s the option of using old tax returns and I’m fairly sure that I can qualify for it but now, I’m starting to consider getting a no doc loan instead. I’m considering that because all of my financial documents and statements have been ruined due to a sprinkler problem at home.

I don’t think I want to wait until I recover any of those documents. My friend took out a no doc loan and has already paid it off. I want to take that one out instead and maybe refinance it later on. How much will I be able to borrow with a no doc loan?

Verifying income through one year’s tax return

Hello there,

I’ve been planning on getting a low doc loan to buy a house in Newman, WA. While researching, I found out that I may be able to get my income verified even if I may only provide one year’s tax returns. That sounds great because I seem to have misplaced the tax returns for the year before last.

I read about a few people who had got their incomes verified by only providing one year’s tax returns. So what’s the catch?

Re: Overseas Australian looking to get a home loan

That’s great! Thanks so much for the prompt response. I have a few more things that I’d like to discuss but I guess it’d be more convenient if I give your office a call directly. I’ll speak with you sometime next week then. Goodbye.

Re: Overseas Australian looking to get a home loan

Thanks for the information, Otto. I have one more concern that you may be able to clarify. As I’m working abroad, most my income documents such as my payslips are in another language. Will there be any problem with the lenders?

Australian expat looking to get a home loan

Hey home loan forum,

I’m looking to buy a house in Adelaide. The property that I'm looking to buy is currently valued at $700,000. I want to apply for a loan to finance the purchase, but the problem is that I don’t live in Australia anymore.

I'm not sure if I can still get a loan to buy a property in Australia. If it's possible then how much will the purchase cost me?
