Re: What are the benefits of a ‘favourable purchase’?

Sounds good. I’ve been renting for almost 9 months now so that’s a relief! I really appreciate your help, Otto. I’ll call your office in a few days to discuss my matters more deeply. I'll be sure to recommend your website as well as this forum to my friends and family members. Cheers :)

Re: What are the benefits of a ‘favourable purchase’?

Hi,

I went through this thread and it helped me understand genuine savings a lot more than numerous other blogs and such ever did. One thing I didn’t quite get though - Otto stated in a post “If you’ve been renting for the last 3 months then some exceptions may be applicable”. What does that mean?

Re: How do I qualify for a co-ownership investment loan?

I’m surprised to get such a prompt reply. I believe we can meet these requirements without much difficulty. So how much can we borrow?

How do I qualify for a co-ownership investment loan?

Good afternoon home loan experts,

I’m a truck driver in a transport company and I earn around $68,000 per year. My girlfriend is a draftsperson and she earns around $55,000 annually. We want to invest in a house in Bourke as co-owners. We’re not sure how the banks will consider our application.

Can anyone here explain to us what do we need to qualify for a co-ownership loan?

Re: Loan features that I need to consider getting

Hi digger and Otto,

I’ve been thinking about what features to get on a home loan as well. Because I’m planning on taking out at least $400,000, I’m very much interested in getting a professional package. I read about it here and there and so far it seems like something I’d like to have.

Can anyone please tell me what benefits it provides other than fee consolidation?

Can I get a loan to purchase a petrol station?

Hey there,

I’ve been working as an assistant manager of a local grocery store in Russell for the last five years. I’m tired of working under someone else so I want to start a business of my own.

A friend suggested that I could invest in a petrol station even with a small investment. The problem is that I don’t have the money to make the whole deposit for the purchase. And I also don’t know if the banks will lend me money to purchase a petrol station.

Can anyone in this forum help me be clear on this matter?
