Re: What are the benefits of a ‘favourable purchase’?

Sounds good. I’ve been renting for almost 9 months now so that’s a relief! I really appreciate your help, Otto. I’ll call your office in a few days to discuss my matters more deeply. I'll be sure to recommend your website as well as this forum to my friends and family members. Cheers :)

Re: What are the benefits of a ‘favourable purchase’?

I’m surprised to get such a prompt reply. I believe we can meet these requirements without much difficulty. So how much can we borrow?

How do I qualify for a co-ownership investment loan?

Good afternoon home loan experts, I’m a truck driver in a transport company and I earn around $68,000 per year. My girlfriend is a draftsperson and she earns around $55,000 annually. We want to invest in a house in Bourke as co-owners. We’re not sure how the banks will consider our application. Can ...

Re: Loan features that I need to consider getting

Because I’m planning on taking out at least $400,000, I’m very much interested in getting a professional package. I read about it here and there and so far it seems like something I’d like to have. Can anyone p...

Can I get a loan to purchase a petrol station?

Hey there, I’ve been working as an assistant manager of a local grocery store in Russell for the last five years. I’m tired of working under someone else so I want to start a business of my own. A friend suggested that I could invest in a petrol station even with a small investment. The problem is t...
