Re: Possible options to get a loan without a deposit?
Hi there, I too am thinking of applying a no deposit home loan. I actually had received $15,000 from my grandpa a few months ago. I am thinking of putting this money towards my house. Will I be able to use the money as a deposit?

Hey, Otto. Thanks for the informative reply! I may be qualified for the loan after all. However, I want to borrow a very large amount. Can you give me some advice on how I can increase my borrowing capacity?

Can I qualify for an investment loan?
Hey everyone. I'm a sales director from Newcastle. As my business is blooming, I’m considering investing in a new property. For this I would have to take out a loan but I’m not sure if I qualify for that. Some of my friends advised me to apply for an investment loan. Could anyone tell me more about investment loans and whether I will qualify for one?

Re: Is it possible to buy a house with a new job?
Thank you for taking the time to respond. It is good to know that I may be able to borrow 95% of the property value. However, I am not sure about what LVR really is. Could you explain a bit about that?

Is it possible to buy a house with a new job?
Hello home loan experts!
I have recently started working as a full time employee for a television company. My annual salary is $49,000. I am currently living in a rented apartment and I pay a weekly rent of $360. I have been thinking about buying my own apartment and I will need to borrow around $400,000 for the purchase.
However, I heard that I may not be able to get a home loan since I am quite new to my job. Is it really true? I would be grateful if someone could tell me what I can do in my situation.

Re: How much can I borrow on a kit home loan?
Hello and good afternoon!
My wife and I had been planning on getting a mine subsidence home loan, and we have been saving up for quite a while. We want to know how we can get an approval on our loan application. Can anyone provide us with this information?

Re: No deposit home loan
Thanks for the explanation. I will need to borrow as much as I can, but I am worried about LMI. When I bought my apartment I did not have to pay any LMI premium. Why do I need to pay LMI now?

Re: No deposit home loan
Hi Otto,
I had a go at the no deposit home loan calculator. It said that I can use “Equity in an existing property” to get a loan. Could you tell me something more about this?

No deposit home loan
Hi home loan experts,
I am from Canberra and work as an HR Officer for a travel agency in Bathurst. My current income is $52,000 per year. I have been working for the past 3 years but do not have much savings as I was repaying the loan on my apartment, which I have almost paid off.
I am getting married soon, so I need to move to a bigger place. I have found a house for sale that is worth $540,000 and meets all my needs. I am worried that this house will be sold before I can save money for the deposit. Can someone please tell me if there are ways to get a home loan without a deposit?

Re: How much can I borrow on an NRAS approved property?
Yes, I’m a first home buyer so it seems like I may be able to borrow up to 95% of the property value. Awesome! Thanks for the info, Otto. I’m actually still deciding on what property to buy. When I come up with a decision then I’ll be sure to give you a call to discuss my plans. Have a great day

Re: How much can I borrow on an NRAS approved property?
Thanks, but my uncle has recently found a great inner city apartment which I simply loved after I had a look at it. Can you tell me the amount that I can borrow if I want to buy the inner city unit instead?
