Re: How much can I borrow to purchase a petrol station?
That doesn’t seem too hard. I’ll make sure that I do all the necessary tests before signing anything. With that worry out of the way, I can focus on the application process. I’ll ring you after I do all the tests on the petrol station that I’ve got my eye on. Cheers!

Re: How much can I borrow to purchase a petrol station?
Hello! I’m also thinking about taking out a mortgage to purchase a petrol station. And thanks to this thread, I got to learn a lot about it. It seems that G-Rob here has been operating a service station and already knows a great deal about it. I’m new to this so I’ve got to learn a lot more.
I’m planning to buy an already established service station but I’ve heard that some service stations are contaminated. How do I know if the petrol station I want to buy is contaminated?

Re: Home loan possible with bad credit?
Hello everybody!
I was going through the thread and it was informative to say the least. But I was under the impression that Part IX agreement and bankruptcy are essential the same conditions. But it turns out they are quite different. Could anyone tell me about this?

Re: What should I use to prove my rental income?
I’m still not sure what the exact reason might be because I don’t think I’m a high risk borrower. I’ll give you a call by Tuesday to discuss this. Goodbye.

Re: What should I use to prove my rental income?
Hello. I tried to take out a 90% LVR home loan but the bank only agreed to give me 80% LVR. I don’t understand why they decreased the amount that I wanted to borrow. Is there anyone who can help me clearly understand this?

Re: Can an accountant avoid LMI?
Getting an interest rate discount on my home loan seems like a good option. Could you please tell me more about that? What may be the size of the discount that I may be able to get?

Can an accountant avoid LMI?
HI home loan experts!
I am an accountant working for an accounting firm. I have heard that I may be able to borrow 90% of the property value without having to pay for lenders mortgage insurance.
Could someone tell me which banks lend up to 90% with no LMI for an accountant?

Re: Can I get a loan even if I can’t prove my income?
Hi there, I had applied for a loan a few months back but it was declined. The bank said that I had a bad credit. What does this really mean? And how will I be able to get a loan if all the banks start declining my loan?

Re: Possible to borrow with only 5% deposit?
Hey, I don’t have the money for the deposit and I don’t want to get a guarantor loan. Should I just wait until I have a sufficient amount and then only think about buying a house?
