I had no idea we could make such claims! Your website seems to be very informational but I definitely need more advice on what I need to do, which is why I’m planning to hire your services. I’ll give you a tingle in the arvo the day after tomorrow. Talk to you soon.

Can I rent out extra rooms to pay a recent loan?
Hi,
My son moved out of the house last month and I’ve got two rooms that are lying empty. I don't want them to go to waste so I’m looking to put them up for rent.
You see, I’m currently repaying a loan that I took out a few years back. I want to know if I can use the money from renting out the rooms to repay the loan. Also, what things do I need to consider before renting out the rooms?

Re: Can I get a home loan with a new job?
Hello, I am also thinking about buying a house soon and I need to borrow money from the bank to complete this purchase. The property is worth $560,000. I too recently joined a new office and I am still under the probation period. This means that I will not receive any additional allowance until I complete the six month probation period. The thing is that I don’t want to wait for the probation period to end to get a home loan. Will being in a probation period affect my chances of approval?

Can a foreign investor get a mortgage in Australia?
Hello home loan forum!
I have been thinking about buying a house in Australia as I have come to know that it will likely be a great investment. However, I am not sure how I should go ahead with the process. I am quite familiar to the process of getting a mortgage in the US, but I do not know if it is the same in Australia.
I would be extremely grateful for any information about this. Could anyone help me out here?

Re: What will Australian house prices be after 10 years?
Hi there,
It has been mentioned in this thread that the average house price in Sydney may be $1,824,280 in 2024. That is good for me, as I already own a decent house in Sydney. But what about the other cities? I have saved up some money for investing in another home, and I do not want to invest in Sydney again.
So could someone tell me the predicted prices in other cities after a decade?

I don’t really care what type of loan I get as long as I do not have to provide any deposit! Could you please tell me something more about this home equity loan?

Can I use my superannuation as deposit on my home loan?
Hello home loan experts!
I am from Melbourne and I have been working for the same company for almost 10 years. My three children have moved out and I want to buy a smaller house. I plan on moving into the new house and renting out my current residence.
However, I don’t have enough savings for the deposit on the house. The only savings that I really have is my superannuation. I was wondering if I would be able to put that as a deposit. Does anyone have some idea on this?

Re: Regarding a professional package feature on a home loan
Yes, my loan is more than $250k. This makes me even more excited about getting a professional package. Hey Otto, can you also tell me about the professional packages that are offered by different lenders?
