Re: How much can I borrow with a low doc loan?

Hello home loan experts,

I am thinking about getting a low doc loan and I will need an accountant’s letter for that. However, I am not sure what needs to be included in the letter. Could someone in this forum please give me some idea about that?

Re: How to get a commercial loan without much proof of incom

Hi everyone! I also want to buy a commercial property and stumbled upon this thread. However, I am confused about low doc loan and full doc loan. What do they really mean and how do they affect the interest rate that I will pay?

Re: How can we increase our borrowing capacity?

Hello home loan experts!

It hasn’t been long since I’ve completed paying off an investment loan. It was a painstaking task but I collected all of the major documents that I may need to provide to my accountant. What’s worse is that I was told that I may need to provide some additional documents as well! What could these “additional documents” be?

Re: How can I send my deposit to Australia?

Now that you mention it, I already have an account with National Australia Bank. However, I have no idea about credit score and how it will affect my loan application. Could you please explain that to me?

How can I send my deposit to Australia?

Hi home loan experts!

I am from China and I want to buy a property in Melbourne as an investment. One of my friends has purchased a house there and he is pleased with his investment. However, he was saying that sending the deposit to Australia was a great hassle to him and cost him a lot more than he had expected.

I want to avoid that and I am seeking suggestion on how I can transfer money to Australia. Could anyone in this forum help me out with that?

Hi there, like Aqua, I am also thinking about buying my first ever home. I am not really sure about the eligibility criteria. Could you list them down for me?

Re: Is it possible to borrow 90% of the property value?

Hi brokers, I am planning to buy a two bedroom house and I have looked at some properties in Melbourne. Most of them are worth around $5.5k. This means that I may have to borrow more than 90% of the property value. I think I will need to borrow more than 95% LVR. Will this be possible?

Hi Otto,

I used the calculator and it suggests that we may be able to borrow more than a million dollars! Is it really accurate? What does the calculator take into account?

What will Australian house prices be after 10 years?

Hi there,

I am thinking about buying a house in Australia. But I do not know if that will be a wise decision as I do not know the trend in the market. I would be grateful if someone could tell me about what the house prices may be after a couple of years.

FYI I am planning to buy a house worth around $650,000 in Sydney. I have $150,000 available for the deposit and other costs. My current income is $78,000 per annum and my wife brings in another $55,000 so we are quite comfortable with the purchase. I just want to know how buying a house would be as an investment.
