Re: Is Blue wealth a reputable company?
Hello dvc, although it took them a while, Blue wealth helped me find a property that I liked. So yeah I did buy with them. I wouldn't mind recommending them but I think you'd have a better idea if you'd spend more time getting to know the guys there. As with all such companies, they've got satisfied as well as unsatisfied clients; I'm lucky to be the former

Re: How much can I borrow with a low doc loan?
Hello home loan experts,
I am thinking about getting a low doc loan and I will need an accountant’s letter for that. However, I am not sure what needs to be included in the letter. Could someone in this forum please give me some idea about that?

Re: What are the costs of a home loan?
Hi there!
I am also planning on buying a house. However, the main concern for me is the periodic repayments. I have an annual income of $60,000 and have $90,000 in savings. I want to buy a house for about $600,000. How can I figure out my repayments?

Thanks a bunch for the information, Otto.
I’m really very grateful for your help! I’ll talk to my parents about this and try to get their approval. I’ll definitely be contacting you personally in the near future for making further enquiries about the loan.
Regards and thanks again for the help, mate!

Re: What’s a guarantor loan?
Hey Otto,
I was looking to get a guarantor loan, however I recently found out that my parents already have a home loan. Will it affect the loan in any way?
Thanks.

What’s a guarantor loan?
Hi everyone,
I live in a rented apartment but now I’m planning to get my own place. I recently got a new job a couple of months back. I tried borrowing 100% of the property price, but the application was rejected. The bank said that I could not meet the minimum savings requirement needed to approve the loan.
What type of loan will let me borrow 100% of the property value even with no savings?
Thank you.

Re: How much can I borrow for a home with a family guarantee
It is nice to know that I can remove my guarantee down the line. I actually can afford the repayments on my own at present, but I am thinking of a guarantor loan to borrow more and avoid paying insurance. Thanks!

Re: How much can I borrow for a home with a family guarantee
Hi there,
I am also thinking of getting a home loan with my parents as the guarantors. I understand that a typical home loan has a term of 30 years, but I don’t want my home loan to be a concern for my parents for so long. Is there any way I can remove them as guarantors before the loan term ends?

Re: Home loan possible while working in a family business?
Hi there, I was going through this post thread as I too work for my family. And like appleboy, I too am in need of a home loan. Although most of the questions I had have been answered, I just want to know a bit about genuine savings. You mentioned that lenders look for 5 to 10% of the property value as genuine savings. Well, I want to know what will be considered as genuine savings. Would appreciate your help on this!
