Hi dobby,

Four units on a single title is complicated and this can get confusing and even more complex is if the bungalow that's out the back is also on the same title.

We know a few lenders that can have policies that state that you can borrow up to 95% to buy for up to 4 units on one title. With the bungalow, it's 5 units on one title so many lenders may be very wary to lend.

We need to clarify whether it's 4 units or 5. This is a major issue and if lenders are still wary of lending and show disapproval, we may just have to change the situation. By this, we mean that we can drop the application to 90% LVR or get your parents to go guarantor.
