My husband and I have both been discharged from bankruptcy for 1 year, we have a genuine saved deposit of $100,000 and my husband earns $170,000 per year, I don't work. We would like to purchase and build a house and land package worth about $500,000. Obviously we need to go through a non comforming lender, do they lend for house and land packages?

Hi Dolce,

Yes, we can organize a loan up to 90% through a non conforming/specialist lender for house and land packages (not available for vacant land).

In some cases, depending on the circumstances surrounding your bankruptcy we may be able to put you with a prime lender. It is best to contact us so we can advise the bets options available for you.

Thank you for the reply, I had just given up hope actually, I emailed Pepper yesterday and they said that they wouldn't loan for house and land packages.
What lender(s) lend for house and land packages for people in our situation?
